Communication Designer and Information Architect,
Dominika develops immersive information environments.
She has designed anything from intranets to entertainment websites to medical
posters or identity and icon systems for a wide range of clients. Always trying
to anticipate and context the patterns of human behavior to develop more efficient
and intuitive systems that better serve human needs.
Recently, she designed and structured applications for mobile products at Symbol Technologies. Then, a natural crossover to content and interface development on non-standard technologies has been an intuitive and exciting path to follow; DVD-on-demand system, visual merchandising installations, and motion graphics to mention a few.
Prior to Symbol, an Information Architect at Grey Interactive Worldwide, her projects included
structural and semantic design of the Nortel Networks' intranet and an award winning business-to-business online application for a premier textile company. Robert Allen Group, provides decorators with an online showroom, account management utility and a trademarked fabric search tool.
Dominika began her career as an Graphic Designer building the online presence of
the leading Times Mirror leisure magazines such as Popular Science, Yachting,
and Verge magazines, while at the same time working on the Sporting News, Golf,
Today's Home Owner, Ski and Skiing magazines. resume
